AURÉLIE VAN ISEGHEM

Hi! My name is Aurélie Van Iseghem and I'm busy with industrial product design. I'm 28 years old and live in Gullegem (Belgium). After my secundary school education, I went to Kortrijk to become a designer. I'm graduated in Industrial Product Design (IPO) at Howest. I chose Product & Shape as my main topic during my college.  Afterwards I studied Product Development at the University of Antwerp following on my previous study. I chose Design for interaction and Technology driven design as my main topics. My first internship was in Belgium, my second abroad. I traveled to Pisa (Italy) to work in a design studio. 

 

I like timeless design which has no superfluities. A simple design that still reflects the direct function is perfect for me. Mostly I prefer to work with shades like white, gray, black and brown or one accent colour.

 

I love adventure and like to try new things. In summer I like to be on the water. In winter, probably you'll find me on my snowboard. I often listen to music and when I find some time, I take my guitar and learn some new songs.
